Moody's Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) Support team seeks a Technical Support Analyst to deliver elite AV and collaboration support for meeting rooms and live events. This role requires hands-on management of audio, video, and camera systems, as well as proficiency with Teams, Crestron, Biamp, and digital media tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Audio Visual Support or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Moves and Physical Setups for Events: transporting, setting up, and dismantling AV hardware.
  • Pre Event: testing all AV systems prior to events to ensure full functionality.
  • Event Support: assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events including VIP support.
  • Collaboration and Customer Interaction: work with Operations and Engineering, manage incidents and troubleshoot a range of UCC technologies.
