Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking an Audiovisual and Telehealth Specialist II to provide hands-on support for audiovisual systems, videoconferencing, recording and livestreaming, and patient television/telemedicine systems. You will support in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring equipment is installed, configured, repaired, and upgraded for optimal performance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2–5 years of AV experience, with 1 year

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting audiovisual systems.
• 1 year of experience supporting patient television systems and telemedicine systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for audiovisual, videoconferencing, recording and livestreaming technologies.
• Install, configure, repair, and upgrade systems for reliable performance.
• Instruct staff in the use of supported technologies and support events (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
