Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field OR three years of AV support experience is required.
• Event support experience preferred.
• Certifications in Audiovisual Technology are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on projection and AV equipment.
• Replace projector bulbs, filters, and hardware components.
• Track tickets in AESMP and SharePoint systems.
• Provide 2-hour response / 4-hour resolution for classroom issues.
• Support command ceremonies and special events.
• Maintain accountability of AV equipment and repair parts.
• Interpret signal flow diagrams and schematics.
