Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field OR three years of AV support experience is required.
Event support experience preferred.
Certifications in Audiovisual Technology are mandatory.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on projection and AV equipment.
Replace projector bulbs, filters, and hardware components.
Track tickets in AESMP and SharePoint systems.
Provide 2-hour response / 4-hour resolution for classroom issues.
Support command ceremonies and special events.
Maintain accountability of AV equipment and repair parts.
Interpret signal flow diagrams and schematics.
