Job summary
Beyond Blue is seeking an Audio Visual Technician Senior to install, configure, and support AV systems across healthcare, enterprise, and academic environments. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, contribute to projects, and mentor junior staff to ensure reliable performance and high user satisfaction.
You will collaborate with IT, facilities, and vendors to deliver integrated AV solutions and recommend improvements for operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Advanced installation, configuration, and support of audiovisual systems.
- Experience with video walls, digital signage, telehealth platforms, and conferencing tools.
- Ability to provide Tier 2/3 support and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced installation, setup, and integration of AV systems.
- Provide escalation support for complex AV incidents.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
- Assist with AV project planning and technical input on options.
- Create and maintain procedures and knowledge base content.
- Mentor junior AV staff and train end users.
- Evaluate and pilot new AV technologies under guidance.
- Ensure AV systems comply with standards and security requirements.
