We are seeking dependable and motivated student workers to join our Classroom Technology and Facilities support team at the Weatherhead School of Management. This role involves assisting with the delivery, setup, operation, and teardown of AV equipment and furniture for events, classes, and meetings.
Responsibilities:
Transport and set up AV equipment and furniture in the Peter B. Lewis and Dively buildings.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and operation of AV systems during classes, meetings and events.
Ensure equipment is properly stored and maintained after use.
Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and guests.
Communicate effectively with team members, faculty, staff, students and guests.
Fill out call logs, morning or nightly room check forms.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
$15.00 per hour.
Schedule:
Currently seeking students to fill some or all of the following time slots
Monday's12:00 - 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM - 5:15 PM
Tuesday's2:15 PM - 5:30 PM
Wednesday's 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM, 12:00 - 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM - 5:15 PM
Thursday's2:15 PM - 5:15 PM
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of AV equipment, computers, Zoom Meetings (training provided).
Ability to lift and move equipment and furniture.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must have a good command of the English language.
