Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno seeks an experienced audiovisual technician to support catering/convention operations as well as nightlife and live entertainment. You will collaborate with management, set up and remove AV gear, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth event execution.

Responsibilities include installing cabling for video/lighting/sound, assisting with concerts, and maintaining a high standard of service and safety. Work may involve varied event schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of audio, lighting, casino systems, hotel TV/phone/network systems and venue systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA certification may be required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines; good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform advance troubleshooting and train tier 1 technicians.
• Set-up and removal of AV equipment for catering/convention clients according to BEO orders.
• Organize and clean work areas; troubleshoot and minor repair of AV equipment.
• Install cabling for video, lighting, and sound systems in different areas of the hotel and gaming floor.
• Assist with concerts/production crew for events; load-in/load-out and setup.
• Set up and operate AV equipment as required; uphold core values and DEI culture.
