Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an experienced AV Technician to manage and support audio-visual systems across Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe properties. You will troubleshoot, install, and operate video, lighting and sound systems on the hotel and gaming floors while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing AV systems on Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe venues.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on AV equipment.
• Install and cabling of video, lighting and sound systems in hotel and gaming floor areas.
• Set up and operate AV equipment as required.
• Keep work areas organized and clean.
• Maintain regular attendance and be flexible for varied shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Assist and train tier 1 technicians in daily routines and advanced troubleshooting.
• Comply with OSHA certifications and fall protection requirements.
