Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit in Atlanta, GA is seeking an AV Technician I to provide event AV support including data projection, audio amplification, video/audio recording, videoconferencing, and web streaming. This role supports CDC meetings through the Meeting Management Technology Services.

Responsibilities include ticketing with ServiceNow, monitoring AV schedules via IFMS, user training, room setup, and troubleshooting during events while coordinating with vendors

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in an appropriate technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 0-1 years of experience supporting AV/VTC services.

Mansioni

• Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to receive, track, create and close audio-visual requests in accordance with the SLA.
• Utilize the IFMS to monitor daily audio-visual support schedules and ad hoc requests.
• Provide training to customers in the use of media presentation and AV systems.
• Provide conference room set-up.
• Monitor conference room equipment and troubleshoot during events.
• Coordinate with OCIO Customer Experience Office staff and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Participate in planning meetings with customers and AV BPA vendor to examine AV solutions and upgrades.
• Maintain standard conference room AV infrastructure levels and notify leadership of issues.
• Schedule and complete Pre-Conference planning meetings with customers.
• Contractor must be present when AV Engineers service AV systems and rooms.
• Maintain digital signage connectivity at conference room locations.
• Familiar with MS Teams and Zoom applications.
