Job summary

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC is seeking an AV Technician II to deliver in-room AV event support including data projection, audio and video production, videoconferencing, and web streaming at CDC sites in Atlanta. You will assist MMT Services and help connect Coordinating Centers and public health partners with reliable AV services.

The role demands strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-room AV event support (data projection, audio amplification, video production).

• Use ServiceNow to receive, track, and close AV requests per SLA.
• Coordinate with CDC IT and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Train customers in using media presentation and AV systems.
• Set up conference rooms and monitor equipment during events.
