*Description*

We are seeking a professional, well-spoken Audio/Video technician to provide white glove service and support for various AV technologies in our office. The selected individual will manage and support several AV rooms, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, and assisting during meetings to ensure smooth operation.

The candidate should have experience with Crestron and Aver AV equipment, with a particular emphasis on panning cameras—either those that pan to the speaker or track mouth movements. Flexibility with other AV brands is welcome.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, setting up conference rooms before meetings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all processes are followed. The role involves being present during booked meetings to assist with setup and support.

The ideal candidate will dress professionally (slacks, collared shirt, dress shoes), with visual tattoos prohibited and no ATS allowed indoors.

Hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for earlier meetings.
