Job summary

IES Communications in Covington, GA is seeking an experienced install tech for commercial Audio/Visual systems. You will perform AV wiring, rack builds, projector hangs, displays, and camera installs, following InfoComm standards and manufacturer specs.

You must interface with clients professionally and travel within the branch/region as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma, electronics background preferred, and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Must have some experience with audiovisual or electro-mechanical installation techniques.
• Experience with video conferencing systems (Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco, LifeSize preferred).
• Good experience in AV residential field like home theaters and structured wiring.
• Able to read schematic diagrams and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Commercial Audio Visual including AV cable pulling.
• Rack building/pre-wire and hang projector screens.
• Install speakers, flat panel displays, cameras, and microphones.
