Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer to join our Global IT team at the Richmond campus. You will provide hands-on support for Microsoft Teams Rooms, corporate telephony, and audiovisual infrastructure across our office environments, delivering exceptional user experiences and supporting live and hybrid events.

This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years AV/UC/IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and Teams Phone.
• Strong AV tech knowledge: DSPs, control systems, networked AV.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
• Troubleshoot AV, conferencing, and telephony issues via IT ticketing system.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Teams Phone and SIP-based VoIP infrastructure.
• Support live and hybrid events, including setup, operation, and post-event wrap-up.
• Install, test, and maintain AV displays, microphones, DSPs, control systems, and networked AV components.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AV installations and rollouts.
• Monitor system health using platforms such as Teams Admin Center, Logitech Sync, Extron GVE and LogicMonitor.
• Maintain accurate documentation, room schematics, and equipment inventories.
