Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking team members to contribute to our mission of delivering secure, end-to-end AV solutions. This role combines pre-sales design expertise with post-sales technical support to ensure seamless project execution.

As part of a global, people-focused culture, you will design AV systems, prepare designs and proposals, and collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to estimate material, labour, and installation needs.

Qualifications

• System designs and proposals for AV systems.
• Collaboration with Sales and Project Managers on estimates and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• System Design & Proposal Development: Create AV system designs and assemble proposals, including Design-Build documentation for audio, video, video conferencing, integrated control systems, and digital signage.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to prepare material and labour estimates, determine equipment quantities, pricing, and installation requirements aligned with customer expectations.
