Job summary

Dimensional Innovations, Inc seeks an AV Solutions Engineer to evaluate client needs and provide initial technology solutions across software, hardware, and infrastructure. You will bridge communication between the Technology team, Creative Studio, and Sales & Estimating to align on technical solutions for projects.

You will work closely with teams to create estimate workbooks and hand off approved scope with supporting docs, while keeping current on new tech trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• A+: CTS or AV-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience creating technology project estimates with hardware and software needs.
• Experience with commercial A/V or high-end residential A/V is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Estimating, Sales, Creative and Technology teams to create estimate workbooks.
• Identify opportunities for process and pricing improvements.
• Determine feasibility of interactive technology concepts and architect design solutions.
• Communicate with clients to develop appropriate solutions and set expectations.
• Support handoff to engineering with documentation and drawings.
