Colonial Group is seeking a Sales Engineer to partner with our Sales Teams in a pre-sales, technical role. You will provide technical consultancy, demonstrations and presentations for customers and partners, showcasing AV product solutions and designing systems to meet client needs.

The role involves supporting architecture, installation and planning of AV solutions, researching hardware and software options, and assisting with formal sales plans and proposals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in service and installation of AV systems.
• Proficient reading of engineering schematics and communicating design intent.
• Strong communication, leadership and customer-relations skills.
• Expert level knowledge of videoconferencing products and unified communications technologies.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical expertise to support architecture, installation and planning of AV solutions.
• Research and analyze capabilities of available hardware and software options.
• Interact with customers during the sales life cycle, from project managers to executives.
• Design AV systems with hardware and software components that meet customer needs.
• Assist with development of formal sales plans and proposals.
