Job summary

ECC is seeking an AV Solutions Consultant to design and deliver high‑performance Audio/Visual solutions for organizations across multiple markets. This consultative role involves working directly with clients, design teams, and contractors to translate business needs into scalable AV systems.

You will lead multi‑stakeholder AV sales, collaborate with contractors, and guide clients on best practices, ensuring exceptional user experiences and successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of experience selling AV technology systems or enterprise AV solutions.
• Proven success selling complex, multi-technology AV systems.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with AV terminology.
• Experience working in project-based environments with design teams and contractors.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience as a Systems Operator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell integrated Audio/Visual (AV) systems and solutions to new and existing clients.
• Lead complex, project-based AV sales involving multiple stakeholders.
• Engage with owners, executives, architects, engineers, and AV consultants.
• Collaborate with general contractors and electrical contractors through the project lifecycle.
• Design customized AV solutions based on client goals and site conditions.
• Present and demonstrate AV solutions, system designs, and performance capabilities.
• Advise clients on best practices, scalability, and system performance.
• Work with internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Stay current on AV technology trends and competitive offerings.
