Solutionz, Inc. is seeking a Sales Account Manager to drive business in San Diego County and surrounding Southern California markets.

This field-based role requires traveling to customer sites and coordinating with engineering and services teams to deliver comprehensive AV and collaboration solutions. You will develop opportunities, engage with executive stakeholders, and manage the full sales cycle to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Ability to manage opportunities through a complex sales cycle.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience communicating with C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and propose AV and collaboration solutions.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-level leaders.
• Qualify, develop, and close opportunities for AV and video conferencing offerings.
• Coordinate with Engineering and internal teams to define project scopes and proposals.
• Present solutions and communicate value clearly to customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans to hit quarterly and annual revenue goals.
• Expand relationships with existing customers and pursue new business.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Assist in proposals, SOWs, and sales documentation to move opportunities forward.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure complete solutions for customers.
