Job summary

Inter Technologies Corporation is seeking an AV Service Technician to perform maintenance and warranty service on audio-visual systems. The role requires on-site work at customer locations with extensive travel across the country, installing and repairing Crestron and Extron systems as part of a field team.

You will lift heavy equipment, troubleshoot, install wiring, and support project goals with strong customer service, CTS certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years AV experience.
• CTS certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Willingness to travel regularly with long hours.
• Excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
• Criminal background check, driving record and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance/warranty service to return AV systems to top performance on-site.
• Troubleshoot and install electronic, hardware, software and wiring components.
• Collaborate with sales/ops to align with customer expectations and scope.
• Lift heavy equipment up to 75 lbs and work at heights on ladders or lifts.
