Job summary

Inter Technologies Corporation is seeking an AV Service Technician to perform maintenance and warranty service on-site across the United States. You will repair, calibrate and test audio-visual systems, with Crestron/Extron programming support from a field programmer. Travel-heavy role requiring safety-first practices and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of AV experience.
• CTS certification or ability to achieve within six months of start date.
• Ability to travel on regular/constant basis with long/unusual work hours
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and work on ladders
• Background check and drug test required

Responsibilities

• Independently performing maintenance/warranty service tasks on-site at customer locations
• Undertaking simple programming with Crestron/Extron in coordination with field programmer
• Communicating with sales and operations to align project goals with expectations
• Repairing hardware, updating firmware, calibrating equipment and testing systems
• Installing and terminating cables and wiring per diagrams
• Drilling, mounting projectors, cameras and speakers as required
• Organizing materials, lifting heavy objects and working at heights
• Ensuring safety procedures and PPE compliance on job sites
