Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Service Technician with expertise in Crestron systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AV systems at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission AV systems, including Crestron control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and client interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AV technology.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AV Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Crestron systems and programming.
• Proficiency in AV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other AV control systems (e.g., AMX, Extron).
• Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
