Job summary

CTI is seeking an AV Integration Technician in New Jersey to install and service audio, video and conferencing systems. You will read drawings, fabricate racks, pull and terminate cables, and maintain systems with a customer-focused mindset.

We value independence with initiative, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. Education is flexible; experience and reliability matter most for this hands-on role at CTI.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, but experience considered.
• Customer service experience and ability to work independently.
• AV/IT networking experience required (2+ years).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication.
• Pull and terminate cables.
• Read drawings/blueprints.
• Service and system maintenance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
