Job summary

CTI is seeking a Service Coordinator at our Grand Rapids, MI location. You will support sales, technical, and accounting teams to provide a fantastic customer experience by coordinating service calls and scheduling technicians.

The role requires 1-2 years of scheduling and strong communication skills; high school diploma is required. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school degree required.
• 1-2 years of scheduling experience, preferably in a construction/service environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
• Schedule service calls nationwide with the operations team.
• Coordinate scheduling of available technicians for calls.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction on service calls.
• Ensure service tickets are updated in the system.
• Initialize RMAs and liaise with shipping/receiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
