CTI in Piscataway, NJ is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our operations team. You will answer incoming calls, schedule service calls nationwide, coordinate with technicians, and help ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years scheduling and customer service experience, and strong verbal and written communication. We offer a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years scheduling experience, preferably in a construction/service environment.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service needs.
• Schedule service calls nationwide.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule available technicians.
• Follow up on service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all service tickets are updated in the system.
• Initialize RMAs and coordinate with shipping/receiving for follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned.
