CTI is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our on-site team in Piscataway, NJ. You’ll support project management, coordinate install schedules, and keep stakeholders informed to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Efficient communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Organize and track ordering, installation, and scheduling tasks.
• Assist with ICOs/ECOs, meetings, and basic accounting needs.
• Adapt to multiple branches and varied project needs.
• Resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Lead project execution, client updates, and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Practice proactive communication to ensure no messages are lost.
• Support deadlines by tracking gear, shipping, and installation progress.
• Assist in meetings and document actions and decisions.
• Liaise with multiple branches to meet project requirements.
• Address problems as they arise to avoid delays.
• Coordinate project updates and client communications.
