SNA Event Productions in San Francisco, CA is seeking an Executive Producer to oversee daily AV operations at our hotel partner locations. You will manage event production teams, ensure high service levels, and drive revenue and profitability for assigned venues.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 3 years in AV or event production, and a proven track record in hospitality settings. On-site, full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of audiovisual experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day floor operations of technicians, including set and strike, and scheduling.
• Manage an efficient AV and Business Center operation with focus on revenue and cost control.
• Maintain onsite inventory according to company standards.
• Provide a 90-day revenue forecast and show P&L statements.
• Meet with guests onsite to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
