SNA Event Productions is seeking an Executive Producer in San Jose, CA to oversee operations and drive revenue and profitability for the location while ensuring top-tier client and hotel partner satisfaction.

The role involves leading AV operations, managing staff, and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners. A High School diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, and 3+ years AV experience including supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of audiovisual experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day floor operations of technicians, including set and strike, and scheduling.
• Manage an efficient and profitable AV and Business Center operation.
• Manager onsite inventory according to company standards.
• Maintain positive public relations with the Hotel account.
• Maintain positive employee relations.
• Effectively utilize the company's business software.
• Ensure that billing is reviewed and approved by clients.
• Providing a 90-day revenue forecast and showing P&L statements.
