Job summary

JLL is seeking a Meeting Services Support specialist in Cincinnati, OH to manage AV equipment, room setups, and video conferencing for a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and timely delivery of meeting services.

Responsibilities include AV troubleshooting, room scheduling, and event support. You will work onsite, coordinate with teams, and ensure equipment readiness for daily operations and special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent; AV training/certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AV, meeting room set-up and support.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook; strong AV operation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting room setup: Arrange tables and chairs; handle audio/video equipment and cabling.
• Daily/weekly room checks and instrument readiness; document results and escalate outages.
• Provide AV assistance and troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors for escalations.
• Maintain AV inventory for each meeting room; perform PM on projectors and screens; manage spare equipment.
• Support video conferencing (Cisco) on-site; deliver VIP service for pre-arranged calls; assist with vendor calls.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and complete required training; exhibit EX/customer service behavior.
• Run reports for room setup requests; manage bookings and reservations.
• Set up and remove event equipment; maintain shared AV resources for events.
• Provide concierge-level support for conference center activities; conduct daily area audits.
