Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in Audio-Visual Technology, Entertainment Technology, Media Production, Theatre Technology, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, projection, and basic networking concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, students, and staff in an instructional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of ENTE labs and instructional spaces, including performance venues and classrooms.
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot ENTE/AV equipment (audio, video, lighting, projection, streaming, recording, and digital media).
  • Maintain inventory of ENTE/AV equipment, tools, software licenses, and consumables.
  • Coordinate equipment check-out/check-in procedures and ensure proper handling, storage, and security of equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and coordinate vendor service and repairs as needed.
