Eastern Shawnee Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior AV/IT Technician to provide advanced technical support and system repair at MSCoE G6 facilities in Fort Leonard Wood. The role includes troubleshooting, installing, and configuring AV/IT systems, as well as coordinating with IT staff for network-related issues. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AV/IT technical support experience.
• Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and perform advanced diagnostics.
• Repair and replace AV/IT hardware including displays and projectors.
• Install and configure AV/IT systems and apply updates.
• Program or modify control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and update configuration records.
