Job summary

Feeding Tampa Bay is seeking an IT - AV and Technology Specialist I to join our Administration team onsite. You will provide essential on-site AV support for events and act as Tier 1/2 help desk support for software, hardware, AV, and network issues.

You will install and maintain IT and AV equipment, manage licenses, assist with network tasks, and help create user documentation. Evening/weekend event coverage is required to support mission-driven programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in end-user support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Intune, Freshdesk, and Office suite of tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary on-site AV and technical support for internal and external events, including setup, breakdown, run-of-show, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support for software, hardware, AV, and network issues via helpdesk channels, phone, email and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems; escalate as needed and manage resolution with vendors.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and AV equipment and accessories.
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, AV equipment and software licenses.
• Create and update user-friendly documentation and training materials for the helpdesk team and end-users.
• Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting and user access management.
• Contribute to maintenance and monitoring of physical security systems such as access control and surveillance.
