Job summary

Avidex in Healthcare, a leading AV/IT integration company, is seeking an Account Executive - Audiovisual to drive new and existing business in Northern California, including Fremont. This role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support, with remote or hybrid work possible based on location.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of consultative AV/IT sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of consultative sales experience in AV/IT, technology integration, or related industry.
• Experience managing sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage a territory, priorities, and deadlines independently.
• Comfortable in client-facing environments, including executive-level interactions.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline development and territory management.
• Client relationship building and account management.
• Work independently and manage priorities.
• Own full-cycle sales activities: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Build and maintain relationships before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and client data in CRM.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Support resolution of client issues related to scope, schedule, or terms.
