Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus two years of customer service experience or five years of AV related service experience.
• Ability to diagnose, adjust, and repair audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT related systems.
• General knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site support for audiovisual systems.
• Develop a professional environment while providing exemplary customer service.
• Coordinate all aspects of new designated projects at customer facilities.

Skills

Detailed working knowledge of audiovisual systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to terminate typical audiovisual related cabling

Knowledge of audiovisual test and repair equipment

Working knowledge of AV control systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Two years of customer service experience
