Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies LLC is seeking an Installation Supervisor – Networking to lead planning, staffing, and delivery of multiple AV installation projects. You will drive QA/QC, safety, and documentation while coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in this discipline and leadership, with the ability to obtain required certifications and manage complex field operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the installation discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to obtain Hilti, Fall Protection, Scissor/Boom Lift, Confined Space Certifications.
• Ability to obtain OSHA30.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, staffing, execution, and QA/QC of AV installation projects.
• Forecast labor resources and schedule across multiple projects.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally to maximize client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to kick off projects and resolve issues.
