Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Technician to review, interpret, and implement installation plans from Design, Sales, and Project Management teams. You will work on complex AV deployments in hospitals, airports, office environments, and more, ensuring BOMs are followed and installations meet client expectations.

The role requires strong technical skills, valid WA electrical trainee/EL06 credentials, and willingness to travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role within the AV industry.
• Valid Washington Electrical Trainee Card or EL06 license required and active.
• EL06 certification within 3 months after eligibility to take the exam.

Responsibilities

• Install and service cabling infrastructure and AV systems per specifications and drawings.
• Assist commissioning using Crestron Toolbox, Extron Toolbelt, and Tesira software.
• Configure device IDs, IP addresses, and system settings with up-to-date documentation.
• Build racks and maintain cable management; read schematics and project docs.
• Lead onsite activities and provide technical guidance to the project team.
• Load program files, update firmware, and perform system verification.
• On-call may be required outside regular hours; comply with safety policies.
