Job summary

Premiere SAV is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV, lighting, shading, automation, and networks projects from start to finish. You will interface with customers, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Responsibilities include translating sales into working solutions, scheduling resources, and maintaining thorough job documentation, with site visits and quality control as core activities. Prior experience in AV integration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Only applicants that have the required education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Translate sold projects into working solutions with full documentation.
• Schedule resources with Operations Manager to execute work on time.
• Provide thorough scopes of work with the installation department.
• Perform site visits and walkthroughs for status, needs, and quality control.
• Review project financials with accounting to ensure billing and collections are up to date.
• Ensure product is correct and released for order at the appropriate time.
• Recommend new solutions and/or products to customers when opportunities arise.
• Participate in job installations as needed to meet deadlines.
• Perform final job quality control and customer hand-off demonstrations.
