Job summary

Premiere SAV designs and installs luxury AV and technology solutions including home theater, audio/video, automation, lighting, shades, networking, and security. We’re looking for an AV Fast Track Project Manager to take ownership of projects from sales handoff through installation and customer completion.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AV technician or technology professional ready to move into project management, as well as an experienced AV Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AV, technology integration, low-voltage, construction, electrical, or related field.
• Working knowledge of AV systems, equipment, signal flow, and installation.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Comfortable working with customers and in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Control4, Sonos, networking, lighting, shading, or automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AV projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate technicians, customers, vendors, contractors, and schedules.
• Review project scopes, drawings, equipment lists, and proposals.
• Visit jobsites to track progress, quality, and installation needs.
• Communicate project updates, changes, and issues.
• Track labor, materials, costs, and change orders.
• Coordinate testing, punch lists, commissioning, and customer handoff.
• Troubleshoot issues and jump in where needed to keep projects moving.

We’re looking for an AV Fast Track Project Manager to take ownership of projects from sales handoff through installation and customer completion.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AV technician or technology professional ready to move into project management, as well as an experienced AV Project Manager. You’ll coordinate customers, technicians, vendors, contractors, and internal teams while keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage AV projects from start to finish
• Coordinate technicians, customers, vendors, contractors, and schedules
• Review project scopes, drawings, equipment lists, and proposals
• Visit jobsites to track progress, quality, and installation needs
• Communicate project updates, changes, and issues
• Track labor, materials, costs, and change orders
• Coordinate testing, punch lists, commissioning, and customer handoff
• Troubleshoot issues and jump in where needed to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For:
