Job summary

Premiere SAV is seeking an AV Fast Track Project Manager to own projects from sales handoff through installation and customer completion. The role requires coordinating technicians, customers, vendors, and schedules while reviewing scopes, drawings, and proposals.

You will visit jobsites to track progress and ensure quality, handling updates and potential changes on the go. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AV or related fields, strong organization and communication skills, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AV or related field.
• Familiar with AV systems, signal flow, and installation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Comfortable with customer-facing field work.

AV Fast Track Project Manager

Salary: $75,000 – $105,000

About the Role

Premiere SAV designs and installs luxury AV and technology solutions including home theater, audio/video, automation, lighting, shades, networking, and security. We’re looking for an AV Fast Track Project Manager to take ownership of projects from sales handoff through installation and customer completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage AV projects from start to finish
• Coordinate technicians, customers, vendors, contractors, and schedules
• Review project scopes, drawings, equipment lists, and proposals
• Visit jobsites to track progress, quality, and installation needs
• Communicate project updates, changes, and issues
• Track labor, materials, costs, and change orders
• Coordinate testing, punch lists, commissioning, and customer handoff
• Troubleshoot issues and jump in where needed to keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in AV, technology integration, low-voltage, construction, electrical, or a related field
• Working knowledge of AV systems, equipment, signal flow, and installation
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Comfortable working with customers and in the fieldHigh school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Crestron, Savant, Lutron, Control4, Sonos, networking, lighting, shading, or automation is a plus. Project management experience is helpful, but strong AV experience and a willingness to take ownership are what matter most.
