Job summary

Waymo in San Francisco is seeking an AV Fleet & Supply Operations Manager to own end-to-end market supply health, lead daily depot operations, and drive safe, cost-efficient scale of the Waymo Driver.

You will align staffing, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows to ISV targets, govern third‑party partners against safety SLAs, and partner with Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra and GPS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations management experience with a safety-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or 6+ years of equivalent work experience in operations.
• Proven leadership of large teams and vendor workforces with cross-functional influence.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily depot operations and hold vendor partners to strict safety, compliance, and SLA standards.
• Align staffing, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows with ISV targets to meet rider demand.
• Serve as the operational liaison for cross‑functional scaling initiatives across Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra, and GPS.
• Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve process efficiency.
• Foster high‑trust partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and efficiency.
