Oasis Luxury Smart Homes is seeking an experienced AV Field Project Manager in Anaheim to lead smart-home installations from rough-in to handoff. You will work with lead techs and project managers to deliver high-end automation for discerning clients, ensuring precision wiring, proper networking, and robust system performance.

The role requires 3–5+ years in residential AV, knowledge of Control4/Crestron/Savant platforms, and strong field troubleshooting skills.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation.
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing).
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics.
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
