Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Omni San Diego Hotel in San Diego, CA. This role supports the Venue Director and Sales Director by advancing assigned leads through our sales process, crafting scopes of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts, and ensuring a high standard of client service.

You will collaborate with hotel sales teams, manage CRM data, and help deliver exceptional experiences from first contact through post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role; hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms to generate sales insights and track progress.
• Production/staging or scenic/decor experience preferred.
• Rigging/electrical/exhibit experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Leader with sales materials, quotes, proposals, contracts.
• Generate and revise scope of work and pricing for venue leads.
• Follow the company’s sales process including prequalification and follow-up.
• Develop and drive a sales strategy using CRM data and dashboards.
• Provide hotel leads with resources, layouts, renderings, and visuals.
• Enter client information into CRM and support multi-person funnel reporting.
• Collaborate with In-Venue Sales Leadership and Pinnacle Live leadership.
• Deliver Gold Standard customer experiences through the sales cycle and events.
