Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Sales Coordinator at Omni San Diego Hotel in San Diego, CA. The role supports the Venue Director and Sales Director in driving sales, generating scopes of work, and moving leads through the sales funnel using Pinnacle Live's process.

The position emphasizes relationship-building and accurate CRM entry. Ideal candidates bring at least two years in customer service with hospitality sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong time management across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a customer service facing role; hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; ability to generate insights into sales activity and progress.
• Production, staging, scenic and décor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Leader with providing sales subject matter expertise for the hotel sales team.
• Generate and revise scopes of work, quotes, proposals and contracts for AV products and services.
• Utilize the company sales process including prequalification, quotes, pricing, and follow-up.
• Build knowledge of Pinnacle Live’s products and offerings and provide resources to hotel leads.
