Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, B2B services environment.
• Track record building and auditing SOPs and operating playbooks.
• Experience managing large contractor networks (100+ freelancers) and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills to align Sales, Operations, and Finance at senior levels.
• Strategic thinker who can insulate executives from daily pipeline fires.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bridge communication gaps across departments.
• Document, update, and enforce SOPs with the Master Business System or equivalents.
• Oversee onboarding, vetting, contracting, and performance tracking of 100+ contractors.
• Facilitate weekly production meetings and pipeline updates with cross-functional teams.
• Provide proactive operational solutions to executive leadership and resolve escalations.
• Oversee brand assets and basic website updates to ensure brand consistency.
