Job summary

Ansera seeks a Vice President of Technical Operations to lead warehousing, equipment operations, technical field staff, and logistics. You will own end-to-end accountability for a ~75-person organization, driving safe, efficient, and reliable day-to-day execution and building lasting processes.

The role is hybrid, based at Ansera Boston or Chicago, with regular travel to sites. Ideal candidate has AV or lighting industry experience and a track record of scaling operations and P&L-adjacent

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-function/multi-site teams (~50–100+ employees).
• Strong budget ownership, KPI building, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own performance of technical operations across warehouse, equipment, and logistics against safety, quality, cost, and service targets.
• Lead annual operating plan including staffing, capital, and budget.
• Build KPIs/dashboards for visibility on throughput, uptime, and cost per unit.
• Drive process improvement and automation to reduce cost and improve reliability.
