We’re seeking an experienced professional to own AV production projects from kickoff to completion, serving as the main client contact and leading onsite presence when needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of event experience.
• Clear communication and confidence in guiding senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Manage AV production projects from start to finish and act as the client’s main point of contact.
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, budgets, and communications across teams.
• Build client relationships and travel 10–15% for onsite event leadership.
