Job summary

Encore Global in Naples, FL seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, direct the technical team and support onsite events. You will ensure efficient equipment setup, maintain high service standards and mentor staff for growth.

The role requires AV experience, strong customer-service focus and leadership to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across all events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• Internal applicants must meet training/certification requirements per Encore’s program.
• External applicants must complete all required training within 60 days.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities for equipment setup, refresh and removal.
• Directs technicians’ workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Keeps flowsheets updated and accurate.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management and attends venue meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and upholds Encore service standards.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore’s standards.
• Handles preventative maintenance and security of equipment.
