Position Overview

KPMG is seeking an AV Engineer to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities

1. Select and provide guidance on audiovisual (AV) products and technologies.
2. Implement, test, and operationalize AV solutions, ensuring they meet design standards.
3. Create detailed design and architecture documents, diagrams, and technical manuals.
4. Provide last-tier support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative measures.
5. Collaborate with project teams, QA teams, and partners to develop test plans and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

1. Minimum one year of recent experience with in-depth knowledge of audiovisual technologies, including AV control systems, projectors, displays, audio systems, and video conferencing solutions.
2. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
3. Experience in AV control system programming (such as Crestron) and network integration.
4. Ability to lift at least fifty pounds, climb ladders, navigate tight spaces, and use power tools.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
6. Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay updated on industry trends.
7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. No sponsorship available.
