You will create, organize, and validate technical docs for AV systems, collaborating with engineers, security teams, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include reviewing Jira stories, developing procedures and test plans, and translating technical information into clear documentation for engineering, operations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years AV-focused coordination or similar experience.
• Ability to write clear and accurate technical content.
• Working knowledge of AV systems, terminology, devices, and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and validate AV technical documentation.
• Review Jira stories and support documentation for AV security assessments and threat models.
• Develop methods of procedure, test plans, and product documentation for new AV technologies.
• Capture technical information from engineers and convert it into clear, usable documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders across engineering, security, and management to ensure documentation standards are met.
