Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Commercial Account Manager/Business Development Manager in Nashville to drive new business and sell high-end AV systems. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless delivery and grow client relationships across the territory.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in AV sales, and an annual $3M quota. Travel to client sites is required; a strong sales track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3–5 years of low voltage, audio-video, lighting, and/or shades sales experience in a commercial or residential sales environment.
• Annual quota of $3M.

Responsibilities

• Business development and sales of high-end audio-visual systems.
• Interfaces with customers to understand needs and identify solutions.
• Performs site visits to document field conditions and dimensions.
• Develops AV diagrams and generates proposals with scope, schedule, and payment terms.
• Attends project meetings and manages proposal content and orders.
• Develops strategies to maintain/expand sales within an assigned territory.
