Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, sales training, parts or wholesale customer operations, or training program development.
• Strong project management skills for large training initiatives.
• Experience with learning development tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs of wholesale customers by interviewing store personnel and reviewing performance data.
• Develop high-quality training content focused on product knowledge and operations.
• Coordinate with internal/external SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
