USA GPC Genuine Parts Company is seeking an Autotech Technical Trainer to lead automotive training for AutoCare and Major Account shop staff. You will deliver sessions, develop partnerships, and design schedules with the Training Service Center.

You should have ASE Master Technician certification and at least five years in automotive tech with training or facilitation experience. A strong communicator with travel willingness is essential.

Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a working automotive technician.
• Experience in automotive/truck training and facilitation.
• Experience delivering adult learning programs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver Autotech training to AutoCare and Major Account staff.
• Develop partnerships with major accounts and internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver engaging classes using adult learning principles.
• Coordinate training schedules with management and Training Center.
• Assist in course development and gather participant feedback.
